...Here is a recipe to add:<br /><br />Parmesan Baked Walleye<br /><br />1 lb. Walleye fillets<br />2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs<br />1 cup FRESH grated parmesan cheese (very important to use the good stuff, not the canned crap in the fridge)<br />1 Stick of butter<br />1 Egg<br />1 Lemon<br /><br />Directions<br /><br /> * Dip fish in beaten egg.<br /> * Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dredge fish in this mixture.<br /> * Lay coated fillets out on a baking sheet.<br /> * Drizzle melted butter over fillets.<br /> * Add salt and pepper to taste.
