i'm a loser - anyway, i just noticed that and it made me smile.
i just bought the 30 day shred and was writing a post about it and came back over here to read up on it a little more. i think it's going to kill me, but i'm going to do it 5 times a week for 4 weeks. that's a ton for me - i never, ever work out.
i really want to tone up for summer though and working out will probably help me de-stress too!
