Cuisinart Mini Prep is amazing. I swear I use it at least once a week. It's the perfect size to chop vegetables for when I make spaghetti sauce, Portuguese macaroni, etc. Clean up is easy because everything can go in the dishwasher. And since its just me and Hubby, I've never needed anything bigger. Here are some details about this fine appliance -

we received a really nice food processor for our wedding, however I have no idea what I can use it for.
is three cups really big enough? i feel like i would use it to make pesto and dips and such. i'm so used to my moms super duper one, is there enough room for everything?

I just found your blog-I love it! Oh, and my mom has that processor. It words like a charm and it is nice and small! We make homemade marinara sauce from fresh tomato,basil, onion and garlic in it.
