Hubby recently picked this dress up for me from a local boutique. I absolutely love it. The bottom is so flowy and it just makes me want to spin. For those of you living in the DC area this is from a boutique in the Rockville Town Center called Red Hue. I've actually picked up a few things from there so if you are in the area, I definitely recommend checking it out. It's been hit or miss for me but when I hit I'm over the moon with my finds.
