I made this favorite dessert for the first time over the weekend and it instantly because a favorite - Sopapilla Cheesecake! This is the most amazingly delicious dessert ever and there isn't even chocolate in it. It's a super quick and easy dessert. There is definitely nothing healthy in this recipe but definitely worth the calories. :)

I love Sopapilla Cheesecake... especially when you're the cook! : )
Let's just say that after eating this dessert, I had a strong desire to be alone with it.....and I was thinking about "eating" it....if you know what I mean. I'd kill Lee Bader for another bite of this stuff.
Oh yum, I am so gonna make this recipe!
I saw this and immediately knew it was my type, so when I came home last night I tried it out. Not only is it one of the easiest and most delicious desserts I've made in awhile, my fiance thought I spent hours in the kitchen making it. That's my kind of recipe!!
This dessert is SOOO good it's impossible to share ;)
