Favorite Thing #77 - Tilia Malbec Wine
For me with the fall weather comes red wine. One of my new favorites is the Tilia Malbec. It's a great red from Argentina. I'm not a wine connoisseur (yet) but according to The Wine Merchant "the mouthfeel is big and juicy, with dark fruit flavors, a touch of bitter chocolate and cinnamon from light oak aging. This finish is soft and lush with ripe, velvety tannins." The best thing about this wine is its very affordable. I've seen it online at several different places for under $10!

What an awesome idea for a blog! Red wine is a must with the seasons changing. I'm always looking for new wines to try- I'll definitely have to try this one, it sounds wonderful :)
P.S. Since you're in the DC area, I know a lot of the VA wineries have wonderful fall outings and a range of very affordable and very good wines.
thanks paula. my husband and i are actually planning to go to some wineries this fall. we just moved to rockville, md and surprisingly there are some in the md area as well.
