Great New Recipe - Rosemary White Bean Soup
I absolutely looooove this soup. This recipe is sooo easy and sooo flavorful!!! It's another fabulous recipe from Barefoot Contessa. When I made it over the weekend I tweeked it a little bit. The grocery store was out of dry white cannellini beans so I used canned ones and it tasted just fine. I like this soup to be much thicker so I used 4 cans beans instead of 2. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out sooo good. What's great about this soup is you can add whatever seasonings you want and even through some Parmesan cheese and/or balsamic vinegar for different flavor.
