Five Friday Favorites - Recent Buys

Here's a quick roundup of some of my favorite purchases in this week's Five Friday Favorites.

#1 - Rothy's Mask

These Rothy's masks just came back in stock this week and they are by far my favorite adult masks. It's SO much more breathable than others I've tried. Comes in a two pack with this pink/orange combo and a light/dark blue combo. HIGHLY recommend. Snag them now because they will sell out.

#2 - Old Navy Jumpsuit 

I LOVE a good jumpsuit and after I saw my SIL in this one at the beach, I needed to have it. Super soft material because its part of the Old Navy Activewear line. Comes in a bunch of colors and sizes (petite and tall). I'm wear a regular small for reference.

#3 - Cross Body Bag

SO many of my blogger friends rave about this cross body bag and I finally got one and LOVE it.  Fits everything I need (even my laptop). Comes in a bunch of colors...I went with camel to go with everything. It doesn't come with a strap but that's the fun of it, you can pick a variety of adjustable straps to change up the look bag and coordinate your outfit. Right now I have the embroidered one but have a lot of other ones on my wish list. Shop all of Social Threads bags and straps here.

#4 - BuDhaGirl All Weather Bangles

I am OBSESSED with these all weather bangles. They look like fancy gold bangle bracelets but they are made with a material that makes them weightless, soundless and waterproof. You can wear them anywhere and every where. They go with SO many outfits...including your bathing suits. They come in a variety of colors and tones. I started with gold because it would go with the most things. Wear them all or only a few. HIGHLY recommend.

#5 - Hi Sugarplum Gibson Celebrate Summer Collection

I always love Cassie from Hi Sugarplum's collaborations with Gibson and her Celebrate Summer line didn't disappoint. Read all the review on my Dressing Room Diary post.

One Pair of Boots...Three Ways!!!

I am OBSESSED with these slouchy boots from Target.  Really great price point at $39.99 and terrific quality.  And they go with almost any outfit.  For me the fit was true to size.  They come also in black and a cognac color.  I'm styling them three different ways for you today.  Highly recommend you pick them up.

LOOK FOR LESS Finds

I've had a lot of great look for less finds in the last couple of week so I thought I'd compile them all in one place to make it easier. 

Remember this sweater from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. It sold out super quick but I found great dupe and look for less at Old Navy. It's currently on sale plus an additional 30% off when you add to your cart.

This super cute Dreamers by Debut cardigan isn't available at Nordstrom anymore BUT I found two really good look for less options on Amazon. Based on pictures and descriptions they appear to be lighter weight than this one but super cute and a very similar stripe pattern. Check them out here and here. 

I found a great dupe for the fabulous J.Crew Factory flats. Target's A New Day brand has a super cute leopard shoe for a fraction of the price of mine. They don't have the calf hair but other than that they are a great dupe. Get both options -

This blanket scarf on the left sold out really quickly but I found a great look-a-like (and also happen to own one of the patterns) and a really great price. Lots of color options to pick from including a pretty pink one and all under $20! 

This dupe from Walmart of all places!!! It looks just like the Treasure & Bond one that I recently tried and it's under $20!!! Either option is a great outfit for the holidays. Get both below -

The popular Halogen turtleneck was a go to for me last fall...especially with this tulle skirt. I found a great look for less from my favorite Amazon brand, Daily Ritual that I actually prefer. It's a thicker material so you don't have to wear a cami under it. Fit is true to size. I'm wear an XS. Get both options -

October #OOTD Favorites

Happy Halloween!  I don't know about you but I'm only mid-way through the week and already exhausted based on the kids schedules...with no school Monday, two Halloween parties and a half day today, I'm ready for the weekend!  I can't believe it's the last day of October already.  Only two more months left in 2018...crazy!!!  Let's revisit some of my favorite looks from this past month -

One Cardigan...Three Ways

I LOVE this Old Navy cardigan.  Super soft.  Affordable Price. Flattering on Any Body Type.  I wanted to show you three different ways you can wear it...dressed up and down.  Sorry for the squinting in the pictures.  It was a SUPER sunny day and was hard to find a spot where I wasn't.

The Hunt for Perfect Green Pants

One of the fashion items I don't have in my closet for fall that I want to find is the perfect army green pant.  I started the hunt in August and think I have finally found the one I wanted.  I decided for the this search, I'd photograph each one in the same spot, wearing the same outfit so you can get the best comparison.

First up is a pair from Old Navy...high rise rockstar skinny jeans.  The color was a little lighter than I was looking for. Overall the fit was great but even with petite length, it's too long on me.

Here's another great Old Navy pair...who doesn't love an elastic waist, right!  The Rockstar Jeggings are very popular among readers.  I love the color and the overall fit but the length (even petite) was still a little long for my 5'1" frame. Definitely recommend if you are taller than me.

Love the color of these J.Crew ones and the overall fit from the knees up.  However, not a fan of the knees down.  The cut was just too wide.  I wish it was more of a skinny fit and if they were I would have definitely kept them.  They are great pants but it's not the look I'm going for.  True to size.

I saved the best for last...the winners.  If you've been following me for some time, you know I love Kut from the Kloth because they are great quality denim, fit really well and they make petites that work for my height.  Ironically these are not petite but they are the Donna cropped length which in regular size fit me me as regular length pants.  Love these colored denim...perfect color, really great fit and a good price point.  I'm bummed the Old Navy ones didn't work out because they were a better price point but these are fabulous and I know they will last.  

June #OOTD Favorites

This Free People dress was such a fun find at TJ Maxx. I don't know why I don't go in there more often. I tried and tried to find this exact one to share with you all but no luck. And haven't had much luck finding an alternative but you can shop the rest of the pieces in this outfit - necklace, earrings and shoes.  

Love a good summer sweater and this one from LOFT is a new favorite.  It will also transition nicely to fall.  This was such a comfy weekend look - sweater, shorts and shoes.  

Love black and white combo in the spring/summer.  I couldn't decided between these two looks because I LOVE them both.  Very similar outfits on the bottom but changed it up with tops and jewels.  Shop them both -

Perfect neutral combo.  Love the skirt it's sooo comfortable.  Shop the rest of the outfit - top, bracelet, shoes.
